10 – 4pm –  in the Methodist Church Hall, Northampton Road.

Saturday 27th October – BARN DANCE
7 pm til 11 pm – in the Jubilee Hall, Congregational Church in aid of the Bower House.  £15 pp includes fish or chicken/chips supper.  Tickets from Bower House, Joan B & Margaret H.  See Poster on Noticeboard.

Sunday 28th OctoberBMS Celebration Praise evening 
6:30 pm  – Leicester Baptists in Mission annual BMS Celebration Praise evening at Robert Hall Baptist Church, Narborough Rd in  Leicester.  “Who is my Neighbour ?  – reflections from the Middle East”.  Followed by refreshments.

November

Saturday 3rd November – Coffee morning
10-12 noon – a coffee morning on behalf of Home Mission is being held in the Community Lounge on Symmington Way (East Midlands Housing complex). Come along and enjoy a time of fellowship whilst raising funds for this organisation so close to our hearts. Free will offering.

Sunday 4th November – “Praying for Leicestershire”
5 – 7 pm – at Leicester Arena, 31 Charter Street, Leicester. LE1 3UD.  See Poster for details.

Saturday 10th November – EMBA Association Day
10 – 3 pm – at Mansfield Baptist Church – Refreshments from 9:30 am.  Bring a packed lunch.  Keynote Speaker: Ruth Rice founder of ‘Renew Wellbeing’. No booking required, just turn up

Saturday 10th November – Old Friends Concert 
7:30 pm – at The Cube – Free entry – Donations in aid of work with refugees in Harborough district.

Sunday 11 NovemberPeace Tea and worship service
5pm – Harborough Free Churches (Baptist, Congregational and Methodists) invite us to come together at the Methodist church for a “Peace Tea”.  Tea kindly provided by the Methodists.  This will be followed by a time of worship and reflection led by Rev Stephen Haward.  Please sign up on Noticeboard if you would like to attend the tea.  Please note:  There will be no evening service at MHBC that day.
